The Nora Jazz Festival takes place at the archaeological site of Nora, a setting overlooking the beach.

Many artists have graced the stage of the ancient Roman Theatre of Nora, among them: Dionne Warwick, Stanley Jordan, Hiromi, Tuck & Patti, Tania Maria, Amii Stewart, China Moses, and Lars Danielsson.

Since 2013, the artistic direction of the festival has been entrusted to a third party, the Associazione Enti Locali per lo Spettacolo della Città Metropolitana di Cagliari. For more than a decade, the Nora Jazz Festival has provided visitors and local with an outstanding opportunity to experience a unique musical experience, enhanced by the natural beauty of the lagoon, the magic of the archaeological site of Nora and the talent of world-famous artists. Strengthened over the years with the support of the Association above, the Municipality of Pula and the Sardinian local government, the event is an unmissable appointment for music and culture lovers.

In fact, the Nora Jazz Festival is designed to provide an experience of international music and language, drawing performances from different parts of the world where artists meet and collaborate on this stage. Over the years, the event has also won the favour of an international audience. In addition to the live music and performances, there are fringe events focussed on hosting area, with guided tours of the archaeological site, excursions to the lagoon, and tastings of local products.
