La Nuova Trattoria delights its guests daily with a rich menu based on dishes made with very fresh fish and specialties of the typical Sardinian Campidanese cuisine. The catch is strictly daily.

La Nuova Trattoria opened to the public back in 1976 and, since then, it has been winning over more and more customers thanks to the variety of its seafood-based menu and the quality of its ingredients. The restaurant has maintained a family-style management and welcomes guests into a rustic and comfortable environment, where lunch and dinner can be enjoyed cheerfully.

The restaurant has chosen to reoffer dishes from the traditional Sardinian Campidanese cuisine with mullet roe, and grilled fish and meat. The variety of fish is very broad and ranges from eels to sole, from red mullet to sea bream. In this way, the menu manages to satisfy the tastes of any palate, from those more accustomed to the taste of fish to those new to marine cuisine.
