Located on the southern outskirts of Sarroch, at the foot of the hill known locally as 'S'Arroca de Matt'e Gravellus', the Park consists of three main elements:

  • a noble villa dating back to the early 20th century,
  • the outbuildings
  • surrounding woodland.

The villa was commissioned by the noble Don Giuseppe Siotto-Pintor of Cagliari, in the late 1800s and was completed around the beginning of the following century. The structure was the core of a profitable farm.

Following the style at the time, the façade opens towards the village, and the three-storey villa features frescoes and other decorations of the period.

The farm buildings are arranged around a large central clearing with a vaguely quadrangular shape. They are covered with a double-sloping roof made with typical Sardinian tiles, and variously served as stables, accommodation for the stableman and as storehouses and storerooms for farming implements.

The villa and its outbuildings are surrounded by approximately 11 hectares of magnificent woodland that can be explored on foot, by bicycle or on horseback.

In the garden, near the dwellings, are various species of pine, cypress and eucalyptus, while numerous specimens of agaves native to South America and red lilies are present throughout the property.
