The hotel was built in a way to preserve the environment as much as possible, by conserving the existing Mediterranean shrubs and plants and using local materials, mostly wood and stone, to minimize environmental impact and preserve the ecosystem.

The hotel provides its guests with breathtaking views of the beaches of Chia, a location famous for its fine sand dunes where the famous Torre di Chia stands. The lagoons that surround these enchanting beaches are populated by pink flamingos and other typical aquatic species for most of the year.

The Resort has 27 rooms, many of which are triple and quadruple, equipped with all comforts: air conditioning and heating, minibar, direct dial telephone, safe, satellite TV, private facilities with shower.
