Many events organised by the Tourism Department of the Municipality of Pula in collaboration with local associations liven up the summer nights. From July to September, there is a different show every night for tourists and residents alike, providing a festive atmosphere in the main streets of the town and beyond.

The events on the programme cater for all tastes and ages. There is music, with concerts and festivals, entertainment shows of various kinds, art exhibitions, cultural events such as book presentations, craft markets and food and wine festivals.

Traditional and religious festivities, such as the patron saint's day (San Raimondo and Santa Margherita) are also part of the festival. La Notte dei Poeti (The Night of the Poets); the International Nora Jazz Festival; Pula Buskers; Festival of Street Artists; AperiLibro; Pularchaios; Artifolk; Pula Street Basket; Pula Beach Sport; Nora Summer Festival; Pula FunRun are some of the best-known examples.

The events take place mainly in the town centre of Pula, with its inner streets, churches and ancient homes, but also in sports centres, or in the archaeological museum and the archaeological site of Nora.
