The facility is located within a recently renovated two-story historic residence. The three rooms available to guests are on the first floor, all are doubles with the possibility of an extra bed and all equipped with air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with shower cabin, fridge in the room, color TV, Wi-Fi, and a drying area for beach towels available.

The rooms are however also available for single use. During the summer period, it is possible to enjoy breakfast in an outdoor patio full of flowers and plants. During the winter or spring period, breakfast is served in the recently restored master dining room.
